This past year I had the opportunity to create an online course about the last 24 hours of Christ’s life. I loved it!
I was approached by two BYU students who wanted to create an online platform for gospel courses called “Gospel Scholar.” They won a contest at the BYU business school and were looking for professors to help. Coincidentally, I had been an EFY session director for one of them years previously, so maybe it was meant to be!
They’ve done an awesome job creating a valuable resource for people interested in digging deeper into gospel principles. I’m happy with how my course turned out (except for the shiny spot on my head sometimes, but you can get past that, right?)
I loved sharing insights on The Last Supper, Gethsemane, and the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. There are so many details, like Pilate’s backstory, or spiritual insights from Barabbas that we often miss. I hope you’ll check out this course, and most importantly, that it helps you come closer to Jesus Christ.
They periodically have big sales, so I encourage you to check out their site! In addition to “What you didn’t know about Christ’s last 24 hours,” they have courses from Casey Griffiths, Robert Millet, and Brent Top.
